MakeMyTrip (MMYT) said Monday it has agreed to acquire CRED's Happay Expense Management Platform.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the agreement, the Happay brand, platform, and employees will move to MakeMyTrip. The transaction is expected to close within 90 days, the company said.

The company said the acquisition reinforces its commitment to becoming a "go-to platform for comprehensive corporate travel."
