Winking Studios (SGX:WKS) has appointed Oliver Yen as finance director and group chief financial officer, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Yen, who holds a bachelor of business from Tunghai University's School of Management, will oversee all finance-related functions, including treasury, audit, and taxation.
Yen holds 2.8 million shares in Winking Studios.
