Jinko Power Technology's (SHA:601778) unit, Jinko Power, plans to offload Hengfeng County Guangsan Power for 368 million yuan, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Tuesday.
Hengfeng Guangsan, along with a 300-megawatt photovoltaic power station, will be sold to Changjiang Smart Distributed Energy. The transaction also involves some of the company's 2022 private placement investment projects that have been completed and put into operation.
The solar power station company will no longer be a subsidiary of the Chinese clean energy provider after the completion of the transaction.
The company's shares dropped less than 3% in recent trade.
