Arcadium Lithium (ASX:LTM) Chief Operations Officer Barbara Fochtman sold 51,748 shares in the lithium producer at $5.26 per share, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Fochtman also sold her indirect holdings of 9,624 shares at $5.27 apiece, the filing showed.
Meanwhile, Chief Financial Officer Gilberto Antoniazzi sold 166,038 shares at $5.25 each, per a separate filing. He also acquired 28,246 shares through stock options at $3.80 apiece.
