Kingkey Financial International (Holdings) (HKG:1468) engaged William I.Y. Byun as a consultant, effective Nov. 13, a Sunday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Byun will provide advisory and consultancy services to the group in segments such as environment, social and governance, artificial intelligence, and finance.
Byun is the CEO of New ASEAN Energy and the chief sustainability advisor to Chem One Holdings Group of Singapore.
