Distribution Solutions Group (DSGR) said Tuesday it has closed its acquisitions of Tech-Component Resources and ConRes Test Equipment.

Tech-Component Resources, which closed Oct. 30, will become part of its Gexpro Services segment, while ConRes Test Equipment, which closed Monday, will come under its TestEquity segment, the company said.

Distribution Solutions said the acquisitions were funded with existing cash availability under its credit agreement.
