China Bright Culture Group (HKG:1859) applied to seek a review of the delisting decisionof the Hong Kong bourse, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The listing committee had decided to cancel the company's shares on Nov. 8 following the failure of the company to fulfill the resumption guidance and resume trading in its shares by Sept. 30.

The trading in the shares of the company remains suspended since March 31, 2023.
