Zhongliang Holdings Group (HKG:2772) appointed Zhonghui Anda as its auditor, effective from Friday, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The appointment follows the resignation of Ernst & Young, the company's previous auditor.

Ernst & Young's decision to resign was attributed to a disagreement with Zhongliang Holdings regarding the audit fee for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31.
