Green Leader Holdings Group (HKG:0061) appointed Jon Gepsom as its auditor effective from Friday, Nov. 15, and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The appointment came following the resignation of Elite Partners from the same post after it was rendered unable to undertake audit services for Mainland Chinese enterprises listed outside the mainland for five years due to restrictions imposed by a regulator.
