Grifols' (GRFS) board of directors does not recommend shareholders accept Brookfield Asset Management's (BAM) 10.50 euro ($11.10) per class A share offer for the company, Bloomberg reported Tuesday.

The asset management firm said earlier it is considering a 6.45 billion-euro bid for the Spanish drugmaker.
