Jeffs' Brands (JFBR) said Thursday it has signed a three-year licensing deal to market and sell Xiamen Fast Power's patented waterproof solar panel technology on Amazon.com (AMZN) without geographical limits.

Jeffs' Brands said it will pay 15% in quarterly royalties to Xiamen Fast Power of the net cash flow profit it earns from selling the patented technology on Amazon.
