Boyaa Interactive International (HKG:0434) posted a loss attributable to owners of 72.1 million yuan in the third quarter, reversing a profit of 29.5 million yuan in the year-ago period.
Loss per share was 0.1085 yuan, compared with earnings per share of 0.04400 yuan a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The mobile game developer's quarterly revenue rose 4.8% to 104.8 million yuan from 100.0 million yuan a year prior.
For the nine months ended Sept. 30, Boyaa's attributable profit surged 149.4% year over year to 212.3 million yuan, surpassing the company's full-year earnings of 117.2 million yuan in 2023.
The stock was up over 10% in Thursday's afternoon trade.
