Atkore (ATKR) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted net income Thursday of $2.43 per diluted share, down from $4.21 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.47.
Net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 were $788.3 million, down from $869.9 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $749.5 million.
Atkore said it expects fiscal 2025 adjusted net income of $7.80 to $8.90 per diluted share. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $11.67.
Net sales for the current fiscal year are projected to be $2.9 billion to $3.2 billion, the company said. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.04 billion.
The company's shares were down more than 10% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
