Eminence Enterprise (HKG:0616) expects to record a net loss of HK$240 million for the period ended Sept. 30, compared with HK$158.3 million for the prior year period, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The company attributed the expected increase in net loss to the increase in loss on changes in the fair value of investment properties and net loss on changes in the fair value of financial assets at fair value, and higher finance costs.
