BOC Aviation (HKG:2588) subsidiary BOC Aviation (Cayman) will purchase 14 Boeing 737-8 aircraft for lease to TUI Travel Aviation Finance, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong exchange.
The airplane company will deliver the aircraft in 2025 and 2026, the filing said.
BOC did not disclose the financial terms of the transaction.
