** Stock on track for the biggest one-day pct rise since Oct. 30

** Standard Chartered STAN.L is exploring a potential divestment of its wealth and retail banking operations in Botswana, Uganda and Zambia, it said on Wednesday

** Hang Seng Composite Index tracking financials stocks .HSCIF and Hang Seng Finance Index .HSNF both fall 1.1% while Hang Seng Index .HSI drops 1.4% amid heightened U.S.-China trade tensions

** Standard Chartred's Hong Kong stock up 43.5% YTD
