Keck Seng Investments (Hong Kong) (HKG:0184) subsidiary KSSNY engaged Hunter Roberts Construction Group for the renovation of the hotel, the Sofitel New York located at 45 W 44th St, New York, for a contract sum of $14.3 million, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Under the contract, the contractor will be expected to provide construction management and pre-consultation services including demolition, electrical works, painting works, carpentry, and other works.

The contract sum will be funded by the internal resources of the group.
