Yuan Heng Gas Holdings (HKG:0332) recorded a loss attributable to owners of 116.0 million yuan for the six months ended Sept. 30, against an attributable profit of 28.4 million yuan logged for the corresponding period last year, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
Loss per share stood at 0.0177 yuan for the reporting period, compared with earnings per share of 0.0043 yuan recorded for the year-ago period.
The natural gas company's turnover for the six months under review was 533 million yuan, lower than the 3.19 billion yuan booked a year ago.
The company's shares were down nearly 3% on Wednesday's close.
