Nanning Baling Technology (SHE:002592) plans to invest 500 million yuan to build a smart production base for new energy automobile parts in Jiangbei New District, Wuhu City, Anhui Province, China, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Friday.
The plant will produce 700,000 units of automotive heat exchangers and 1.35 million sets of automotive exterior trim products every year.
The plant's overall construction will not exceed 48 months.
The auto parts company signed a contract with Wanjiang Jiangbei Emerging Industry Concentration Zone Management Committee to build the project, the filing said.
The company's shares jumped 5% in recent trade.
