Joy City Property, (HKG:0207) together with its subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures, recorded contracted sales of about 16.6 billion yuan for the nine months ended Sept. 30, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The property company's contracted sales area for the nine months stood at around 530,876 square meters.
The lowest occupancy rate for the rental properties the company has invested in was 81% for Chongqing Joy City with 96% being the highest for Tianjin Nankai Joy City, Wuhan Joy City, and the Chengdu Tianfu Joy City which opened in December 2023.
For hotel operations, the company noted the lowest occupancy of 69% for Waldorf Astoria Beijing and the highest of 91% for MGM Grand Sanya.
