New house prices in China accelerated in November, faster than the previous month's growth, Reuters reported Sunday, citing data from property researcher China Index Academy.
The average home prices in 100 cities grew 0.36% from 0.29% in October, according to the data.
On a year-on-year basis, it also jumped 2.40% in November compared to the 2.08% increase in the previous month.
The National Bureau of Statistics of China will publish official house prices on Dec. 16, the report said.
