GenusPlus Group (ASX:GNP) completed the acquisition of Partum Engineering via a share purchase agreement, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The acquisition is expected to provide in-house critical engineering design and consulting services to the ASX-listed power and communications infrastructure company, the filing said.
