360 Security Technology's (SHA:601360) unit, Tianjin Qihan Technology, sold its property in Binhai Hi-tech Zone, Tianjin, China for 132.7 million yuan, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Saturday.
The Chinese cybersecurity company transferred the 13th to 21st floors and 90 underground parking spaces in Building A, R&D Building, No. 20 Haitai Avenue, Huayuan Industrial Zone to Tianjin Binhai Hi-tech Zone Enterprise Innovation Service.
360's shares slipped more than 1% in recent trade.
