Gemdale Properties and Investment (HKG:0535) recorded contracted sales of approximately 1.2 billion yuan in November, with a sales area of 84,000 square meters, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The property company's average selling price for the month stood at around 14,300 yuan per square meter.

For the 11 months ended Nov. 30, contracted sales and sales area reached roughly 17.5 billion yuan and 1.3 million square meters, respectively.
