Chevalier International's (HKG:0025) indirect subsidiary OR4 Laurelhurst sold a senior housing facility in Portland, Oregon, and related facilities to SE Stark Street for $35 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The sale includes the real property, fixtures, equipment, rights and titles, and other intangible properties related to the senior care facility, the filing said.
The sale will close at least 30 days after the last day of the due diligence period, the filing said.
