AIMS APAC REIT (SGX:O5RU) signed a deal to sell the 3 Toh Tuck Link property in Singapore to Crown Worldwide for SG$24.4 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

The property is a part three-story factory and a part five-story office building with a total gross floor area of 12,492.4 square meters.

The divestment is expected to be completed during the first half of 2025, subject to necessary approvals.
