Meridian Energy (NZE:MEL, ASX:MEZ) Chief Executive Neal Barclay will step down at the end of June 2025, according to a Thursday filing with the New Zealand and Australian bourses.

Barclay was appointed to the role in January 2018.

Chief Financial Officer Mike Roan will succeed Barclay as CEO, effective June 30, 2025.
