Powermatic Data Systems (SGX:BCY) disclosed the retirement of finance manager Chua Geok Cheok, effective Jan. 31, 2025, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

Chua has held the position since March 21, 2011, overseeing financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with accounting standards.

The new finance manager holds 90,000 shares in the company. The company also said the audit committee continues to meet the required minimum membership of three members following this cessation.
