Winking Studios (SGX:WKS) has signed a supplementary agreement with Acer Inc. (TPE:2353) to advance their joint AI project, focusing on GenMotion.AI, a tool for text-to-3D animation, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

Acer will invest $200,000 into the project, with Winking Studios contributing technical resources. Both will hold equal rights to any new intellectual property. The project builds on earlier phases with a total investment of $1 million from November to December.
