Kingbo Strike (HKG:1421) has completed the placing of 16,680,000 shares to at least six investors at HK$0.2 apiece to raise net proceeds of HK$3.1 million, a Monday bourse filing said.

The shares represent roughly 11.76% of the electrical distribution company's enlarged issued share capital.

The company will use proceeds from the issue for general working capital.
