China Everbright Water (HKG:1857, SGX:U9E) and its subsidiaries agreed to purchase electricity from EB Greentech Technology Services (Jiangsu), a subsidiary of China Everbright Greentech (HKG:1257) for the next full year, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

EB Greentech Technology Service will be providing the electricity through the Power Grid Company in the Jiangsu and Shandong Provinces, at 0.435 yuan per kilowatt hour for Jiangsu Province and 0.374 yuan per kilowatt hour for the Shandong Province.

The maximum limit for the possible consumed electricity is set at 181 million kilowatt hour.
