Kodiak Sciences (KOD) shares were up more than 31% in recent Monday trading after Jefferies upgraded the company's rating to buy from hold.
Jefferies also raised its price target for the stock to $20 from $6.
Trading volume stood at almost 1.2 million shares against a daily average of about 288,000 shares.
