Virtual Mind (HKG:1520) completed the issue of 25 million shares to investment company King Castle at HK$0.40 apiece, raising nearly HK$9.9 million in net proceeds, a Thursday bourse filing said.
The shares represent about 3.84% of the apparel company's enlarged issued share capital.
King Castle is owned by Wong Kin Ting, the father of Virtual Mind director Wong Wai Kai Richard.
