Seacon Shipping Group (HKG:2409) unit Jasper Shipping will sell to lease back a 3,115 gross tonnage chemical tanker to CIMC Centaurus for $3 million, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The chemical tanker will be leased back to Jasper Shipping for 36 months, according to the integrated shipping services provider.

The firm will use proceeds from the finance lease arrangement for the daily operation of vessels and as general working capital.
