Alset International's (SGX:40V) NASDAQ-listed subsidiary, HWH International, entered into a strategic partnership with Guangzhou Inbot Technology through stepdown subsidiary, Hapi iRobot, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Wednesday.

Through the partnership, Hapi iRobot has secured distribution rights for Padbot Robot's product line in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, South Korea, Japan, the US and Canada, the filing said.

Padbot Robot, a brand launched by Guangzhou Inbot Technology, specializes in robots offering solutions for reception, delivery, security, cleaning, and table service applications.

Alset International shares were down 4% in recent trading.
