Seacon Shipping Group Holdings' (HKG:2409) subsidiary Golden Bridge Ships has exercised an option to purchase a bulk carrier vessel from Bright Dictador Shipping for a purchase option price of $15 million.
The vessel, Seacon Fuzhou, is a 36,357 gross tonnage bulk carrier built in 2019, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Golden Bridge Ships will sell the vessel to Shenyuan Leasing (Tianjin) for $31.8 million, according to an Oct. 29 filing.
