Hans Energy (HKG:0554) shareholders approved the name change to Hans Group Holdings in November, which was registered by the Companies Registry in Hong Kong, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The English stock short name will be changed from "HANS ENERGY" to "HANS GP HLDGS," and the name will be changed at the Stock Exchange, effective from 9:00 a.m. on Dec. 18.
