Rakon (NZE:RAK) Chief Technology Officer Brent Robinson has retired but will remain as board director, according to a Friday filing with the New Zealand bourse.

Brent's 45 years at Rakon include almost 36 years as chief executive, per the filing.

The technology company's shares were up nearly 2% in recent Friday trade.
