GRP (SGX:BLU) said Energiser Enterprise has withdrawn its winding-up petition against GRP subsidiary Ratus Nautika on the directive of a Malaysian court following a hearing on Dec. 11, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

As such, the winding-up petition against GRP has also been struck off and dismissed, the filing said.

The company is reviewing its legal rights and remedies in consultation with its advisers.
