Worley (ASX:WOR) agreed to provide reimbursable engineering, procurement, and construction services to ExxonMobil for the latter's planned low-carbon hydrogen and ammonia facility in Texas, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The contract is subject to a final investment decision, government policy support, and regulatory permits, the filing said.
