Technology stocks were advancing premarket Friday, with The Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) 1.1% higher and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) up 2.8%.
Broadcom (AVGO) shares were up past 17% after the company overnight reported higher fiscal Q4 non-GAAP net income and revenue in addition to raising its quarterly dividend by 11%.
SEALSQ (LAES) stock was 15% lower after the company said late Thursday that several institutional investors signed an agreement to purchase about 7.7 million of its shares at $1.30 apiece for gross proceeds of $10 million.
VEON (VEON) shares were down more than 2% after the company reported a decline in Q3 earnings.
