International Genius (HKG:0033) seeks to raise HK$302.50 million by issuing and allotting up to 110 million subscription shares to China Daisy Holdings at HK$2.75 per share, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The shares expected to be issued represent 16.46% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company.
The company plans to use the net proceeds of HK$302 million to support its strategic development and for its general working capital.
