Data center operator DigiCo Infrastructure REIT (ASX:DGT) will debut on the Australian Securities Exchange Friday, following an initial public offering that raised roughly AU$2 billion to mark Australia's largest initial public offering since mid-2018.
DigiCo Infrastructure, established by alternative asset manager HMC Capital (ASX:HMC), will have an offer price of AU$5 when it starts trading at noon in Sydney.
The company seeks to leverage its position amid a demand for data centers, buoyed by the rise of artificial intelligence.
