Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI) declared an interim distribution of AU$0.052 per stapled security for the six months ending Dec. 31, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The dividend has a record date of Dec. 31 and is payable on Feb. 27, 2025, the filing said.
