The Hong Kong High Court has adjourned the hearing of a winding-up petition against Jingrui (HKG:1862) to Jan. 22, 2025, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
The property company was served with a winding-up petition from China CITIC Financial AMC International in October over claims of indebtedness.
Jingrui is seeking legal advice on the matter and has instructed its legal advisers to prepare an application for a validation order from the court related to the transfer of shares in the company, a separate filing said.
