Four Corners Property Trust (FCPT) said Tuesday it has purchased a City Barbeque property in Georgia for $2.6 million.

The property is under a long-term, triple-net corporate lease with about 11 years remaining, and priced at a cap rate in line with the company's prior deals, it said.
