Water Oasis Group (HKG:1161) recorded a profit attributable to owners of HK$68.3 million for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, about 38% lower than HK$110.3 million logged for the previous fiscal year, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

Earnings per share stood at HK$0.100 for the reporting year, as compared with HK$0.162 recorded for the year-ago period.

The beauty services and skincare and beauty products company's revenue for this fiscal year was HK$983.2 million, 0.7% higher than HK$976.6 million booked a year ago, attributable to the contribution of the beauty services segment of the company.

The board recommended a final dividend of HK$0.02 per share for the reporting period, compared with HK$0.07 per share from the last year.
