Viva Leisure (ASX:VVA) signed a master franchise agreement with an unnamed franchisee to bring the Plus Fitness brand to the UK, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The 10-year deal will see the first location of the fitness brand open in the UK by 2025, the filing said. It includes an option for two additional 10-year terms.

The company's shares gained nearly 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
