Semiconductor technology company 4DS Memory (ASX:4DS) signed an agreement with Infineon Technologies to design a custom ReRAM memory test chip for the company, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The initial scope of work will be over 15 months for a total of $4.5 million payable by the company, the filing said.
The company is set to remain in a trading halt until a capital raising announcement is made, expected before trading opens on Thursday, according to the filing.
