De Rucci Healthy Sleep (SHE:001323) intends to fully acquire Mattress International and the specific assets of PT Tai Cheng Development for SG$46 million.

The move is expected to boost the bedding system company's overseas production base layout, market share and core competitiveness, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

After deal completion, De Rucci Healthy Sleep will add an overseas operating entity.

Shares of the company were down 1% in recent trade.
